2025 Congratulations to Tyler Thompson Hole in One hole 12 july 9
The Doug Godfrey Good Guy Award sponsored by The Shoe Fits, is presented to the player that best portrays these qualities:
- Pleasant, Warm Hearted and friendly, Generous and kind, Honest and likable, a true gentleman, reliable and helpful, Easy going, Thoughtful and considerate and whom supports the H&S League and the H&S League Executive when asked.
Who is NOT eligible: - H&S Executive - Mulligan's staff
Winner Selection Process:
- the 5 executive plus Doug Richardson each submits up to 3 names with justification. A list is compiled of all names.
- the list will be sent to everyone and then each person will submit a final 4 choices rated highest to lowest. Where 1 is their favourite and 4 is last favourite. From those groups of Final 4, I will pick a winner. This process will be revisited for the 2023 season.
2023 Award Winner:
Cameron Jefferson
After the Executive whittled down the original 14 participants to 6 and then applied the scoreing for the selection criteria, Cameron came out on top. An execellent choice made again!!!!

Gord is presented the Doug Godfrey Good Guy Award.
